  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

SplitSquad is a record-keeping tool only. We do not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate financial transactions. Any settlements between users happen outside the app. SplitSquad is not a financial institution and is not regulated as one.

All content, design, and code in SplitSquad is owned by or licensed to SplitSquad. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SplitSquad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitSquad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial disputes between users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SplitSquad at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
